About Minoli

Minoli Almeida is a strategic communications and marketing leader with over 20 years of experience helping organisations turn purpose into clear, credible, and measurable impact. She is the founder of The Mini Project, a boutique consultancy specialising in social impact, education, wellness, and health-adjacent sectors — long before “purpose-led” became a buzzword.

Throughout her career, Minoli has worked with startups, CSR initiatives, digital platforms, and mission-driven organisations, with a particular focus on audiences where women and parents play a central role in decision-making. This has shaped her philosophy that communication should be intelligent, empathetic, and grounded in real-world insight. She combines brand strategy, content architecture, go-to-market planning, and community-led growth to craft narratives that translate mission into tangible impact. Her approach is strategic, hands-on, and anchored in clarity, trust, and accountability.

Minoli’s experience spans scaling digital communities at TheAsianparent(Parent Inc), founding and growing TapFluencer, a regional influencer marketing platform, and leading communications across five healthcare brands at DP Healthverse Holdings. She has also partnered with organisations including the Australian International School, Singapore, to strengthen brand positioning, stakeholder communications, and marketing strategy during key growth phases. Early in her career, she shaped brand strategy and customer experiences at Hutch Sri Lanka, gaining deep insight into building brands from the ground up.

Having worked with over 100 brands and led diverse communications teams, Minoli blends senior-level strategic thinking with startup agility, creativity with accountability, and structure with empathy. At her core, she believes communication is a responsibility — one that amplifies authentic voices, builds trust, and creates meaningful, positive change for people, communities, and the planet.
